Data Deletion Instructions

BotMela complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Meta Platforms' Developer Policies regarding user data deletion.

How to request data deletion:

If you have connected your Facebook/Meta account to our platform and wish to completely remove your data, follow these steps:

Method 1: Direct Deletion via our Platform
  1. Log into your BotMela dashboard.
  2. Navigate to "My Apps".
  3. Click the "Delete" (Trash icon) button next to your connected app.
  4. This will immediately sever the connection and queue your imported assets (Pages, Instagram Accounts, Webhook Logs) for deletion from our database.
Method 2: Deletion via Facebook
  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Navigate to Security and Login > Business Integrations.
  4. Find the BotMela app in the list and click "Remove".
  5. Once removed, we will receive a data deletion callback from Meta and purge your data from our servers.

If you face any issues or want to verify your data has been deleted, please contact our support team.
